Officiated Status: This is a self-officiated league.
Game Length: All games are approximately 55 minutes in length.
Format: Compete with your team against others, playing a different sport each week.
Sports: Volleyball, basketball, dodgeball, tchoukball, handball, benchball soccer, kingscourt, floor hockey and others.
Overtly aggressive and abusive play is not tolerated in this league and will result in expulsion and the forfeiture of league fees.
Our expectation is for good competitive fun to be the priority for all our members.
Players/teams who are unable to make sportsmanship and fair play a priority will be removed from the league without a refund.

Games will be played at Westmount Secondary School.
Other locations may be used in the event of gym availability/cancellations.
