Dragon boat is the ultimate team sport, welcoming all paddlers regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you want to get fit and exercise your competitive streak, or meet people and learn new skills, you're in the right place.

Instructors/Coaches: A certified Dragon Boating instructor will guide you through basic gear knowledge, safety, proper paddle technique and everything else you need for a successful experience on the water.SEASON LENGTH:
Equipment: All equipment will be provided on site, including a dragon boat (whew!), paddles, and life jackets.
Session Time and Length: All sessions are 60 minutes long.
Regatta: Both the spring and summer seasons culminate in a massive one- or two-day regatta (boat race) against other teams and clubs. SPRING regatta will take place on Saturday, July 8th. SUMMER regatta will take place on September 9th & 10th. Both regattas take place at Marilyn Bell Park in Toronto.
Format: Each boat will contain approximately 18-21 paddlers. There are no gender minimums.
Other: Please note that Dragon Boat is a team sport and therefore good attendance is critical!
SUMMER:Wednesday: 8 weeks of instruction plus a 2-day Regatta on September 9th & 10th.
